TAMPA, FLORIDA — The State of Florida’s first FinTech conference focused on bitcoin and blockchain technologies will take place in Tampa on November 4th and 5th at Amalie Arena. The event is presented by Celsius and 500-plus attendees are expected.

“This is a terrific opportunity for our great city,” said Chris Krimitsos of Cutting Edge Events, which is organizing the event alongside Podfest™ Origins. “The Florida Bitcoin and Blockchain Summit reinforces Tampa’s spot on the map to be a center of activity for this industry.”

Nuke Goldstein, CTO and Co-Founder of Celsius, said, “I personally relocated to Tampa and want to make sure the city I’m sticking a flag in is blockchain and crypto innovation friendly. I’m committed to add 100 quality jobs in Tampa by 2022.” His company is on schedule to hit that mark by Q1/Q2 of 2022, having opened an office in Tampa at the start of this month and already hired ten people.
