LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A developer with several projects completed or in the works in NuLu has unveiled plans for a $78 million luxury mixed-use development in the booming neighborhood just east of Downtown, according to Louisville Business First.
NuLu Crossing, a new development from Nick Campisano and Campisano Capital at 700 E. Main St., will sit on nearly 2.5 acres after the firm acquired the former Service Tanks property. Campisano said the company seized the opportunity to acquire the entire city block.
The project will come with several amenities that the developer feels are lacking in the neighborhood. These include 107,000 square feet of office space, a local grocery store, 125 apartment units, a fitness center and retail, all wrapped around a 415-car parking garage.
