Boeing has received another extension to continue producing seekers for the U.S. Army’s PAC-3 missile into 2026 at the company’s Huntsville plant.

The $1.1 billion contract will see production of approximately 1,500 more seekers, which provide guidance data to the PAC-3 interceptor, according to the company’s press release.

Boeing received $974 million in contracts in 2020 to extend production of seekers at the Huntsville plant into 2022.
